PURPOSE: To prevent the osicillation falling and hand holding of a deceleration mechanism member and to enhance user's convenience by providing the legs supporting the deceleration mechanism member in an inclined state, the operation knob operating the opening and closing of the legs, a positioning mechanism having a protruding part and a spring member at the position urging the legs or the operation knob longitudinally. CONSTITUTION: When a deceleration mechanism member 12 is raised on its output side 22, the deceleration mechanism member 12 becomes an inclined shape by the fitting of a support rod 15 and a push button 16 and an operation knob 23 is rotated in the direction opening legs 24. The legs 24 slide longitudinally and, when a spring member 26 is compressed to exceed the protruding part 25a of a positioning mechanism 25, the legs 24 are held to an open position accompanied by a quick feeling. A material to be cooked is put in a container 8 to be placed on a rotary plate 7. When the deceleration mechanism member 12 is slightly raised on its output part 22 and the operation knob 23 is rotated in a closing direction, the legs 24 are housed and held to the closing position accompanied by a quick feeling. The deceleration mechanism member 12 is placed on a main body 1 and a clamp 20 is engaged with a fitting stepped part 19 to be fixed thereto. When the power supply of an electromotor 2 is closed, a rotary cooker 21 is rotated and the material in the container 8 is stirred and cooked.
