To provide an electric curtain having a miniaturized and convenient drive part with a simple structure, capable of being easily constructed and easily obtained by electrifying an existing curtain.
The electric curtain 1 includes: the drive part 2 repeatedly generating impact with electric power and self-propelled with the impact force; and a control part 20 for controlling the drive part. A curtain 11a is opened/closed by self-propelling of the drive part 2. The drive part 2 includes an impact actuator 3 for generating impact in the direction along a curtain rail 11, a casing 22, and a friction plate 23. The drive part 2 is integrated with a runner 12 constituting a clamper 4, and held on the lower surface S of the curtain rail 11 via the friction plate 23. The drive part 2 moves in a prescribed direction along the curtain rail 11 under the presence of friction between the friction plate 23 and the curtain rail 11. An existing curtain can be easily electrified only by joining the self-propelled miniaturized drive part 2 with the runner 12.
