Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an electric detonator in which safety of an operation after blasting can be assured by initiating a series of detonators attached to an energizing line without remaining and efficiently blasting by initiating all detonators and explosives.
CONSTITUTION: A circuit attached to each electric detonator 10 has a capacitor 21 and switching means 23 for an energizing route. It has an auxiliary initiator 20 for energizing the capacitor 21 at the time of first energizing, energizing an electric igniter 14 at the time of second energizing to initiate the detonator 10 and further energizing the igniter 14 from the capacitor 21 to reinitiate the detonator 10 which has not been initiated.
