To reduce the number of capacitive elements.SOLUTION: A filter device 600 includes a first conductive path 601, a second conductive path 602, and a capacitor module 11. The capacitor module 11 has a first capacitor 111, a second capacitor 112, and an exterior body. The first capacitor 111 is electrically connected between the first conductive path 601 and a first conductor 603 of reference potential. The second capacitor 112 is electrically connected between the second conductive path 602 and a second conductor 604 of reference potential.
