To provide a small-sized and a light-weight electric activated/transmission device for vehicles capable of eliminating useless energy loss, by equipping an electrically activated device itself with function as a differential device.
The electrically activated device is equipped with a motor, including a rotatably supported stator 10, and a rotor 20 rotatably supported by the stator; a first rotating member comprising a first gear 30 and a second gear 32 connected to the stator 10 for activation; a second rotating member including a third gear 40 and a fourth gear 42 connected to the rotor 20 for activation; a third rotating member mounted in either the first or the second rotating member and comprising a fifth gear 30" to invert the rotation of an output shaft in either the first or the second rotating member; one suspension shaft 60 provided at a junction to the rotating shaft 33 of the second gear 32 via a universal joint 61, and another suspension shaft 70 provided at a junction to the rotating shaft 43 of the fourth gear 42 via the universal joint 71.
