Lock parts 41 are arranged at side faces of gears possessed by the gear deceleration mechanism G, a pin-operating actuator S for operating lock pins 42 locked to the lock parts 41 is arranged in a space between the electric motor M and the linear motion mechanism A to constitute the lock mechanism 40, and axial cores of tips of the lock pins 42 locked to the lock parts 41 are arranged outside the radial direction of the disc D rather than the nearest position between the linear motion mechanism A and the electric motor M.
