CONSTITUTION: An electrically and thermally insulating material 22 such as ceramic and alumina is fixed by an adhesive 16 between an embedded metal 14 for securing a workpiece and another embedded metal 18 secured on a table body 10. The embedded metals 14, 18 fixedly bonded on the top and bottom of the insulating material 22 are protuded from the upper and lower edges of the insulator respectively.
