Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress irregularities of machining quantities on a machining bottom face, by obtaining an average machining width relative to each machining path or each contour path from an actual machining region, and by acquiring an optimum electrode wear correction coefficient from the average machining width.
SOLUTION: An actual machining region 82 overlapping a machining region 212 of obtained machining path 112 and a machining remaining region 72 is calculated. An average machining width is calculated by dividing the actual machining region 82 by a machining path length. The machining path length is calculated from a machining path memorized in a machining path memory part. An optimum electrode wear correction coefficient is calculated from the average machining width by an optimum electrode wear correction coefficient calculation part. An electrode wear correction coefficient change code is outputted with one machining path unit. The electrode wear correction coefficient memorized in an electrode wear correction coefficient memory part is changed into the obtained electrode wear correction coefficient by the electrode wear correction coefficient change code.
