Abstract:
To provide a low resistance electric double-layer capacitor, on which a carbon electrode and an aggregate are hardly stripped off, a carbon electrode and a conductive bonding agent.
A conductive bonding agent, which is mainly composed of urushiol resin, is used as a bonding agent 3 to be used to fix a carbon electrode 1, used for an electric double-layer capacitor consisting of PVDC(polyvinyliden chloride) resin carbide powder, and an aggregate 2. It is desirable that at least one or more kinds, selected from one or more OH-radicals and one or more C15H27-radicals is contained in the benzene ring of urushiol, cardanol and cardol, etc., of the urushiol resin. Carbon black is added to the bonding agent.
