Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device which can easily carry out the cooking such as grating menu, with high quality and can be formed compact and can be easily handled.
CONSTITUTION: A cutter plate 14 is installed in a free advance/retreat form along the opened port surface of an accommodating tray 10 which receives the cooked material, and on the opened port surface of the accommodating tray 10, a cover 41 which has a feeding cylinder 40 for feeding the cooked material from over the cutter plate 14 is installed in a demountable manner. The driving parts 22, 24, 28, and 32 for moving the cutter plate 14 in reciprocation are installed on the cover 41.
