Title:
ELECTRIC DRIVING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010005714
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a compact and inexpensive electric driving machine having an idling strike prevention mechanism.

The driving machine includes a remaining nail detection switch 26 which is turned on when the number of remaining nails 23 reaches a prescribed value or smaller. An inverting input terminal of an operational amplifier 124 is applied with a voltage obtained by dividing a smoothed voltage by a resistor 125 and a resistor 126. A noninverting input terminal is applied with the smoothed voltage when the remaining nail detection switch 26 is turned off and with a voltage obtained by dividing the smoothed voltage by a resistor 127 and a resistor 128 when it is turned on when a trigger switch 24 is turned on. If the remaining nail detection switch 26 is turned on after the trigger switch 24 is turned on, the noninverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 124 is applied with the divided voltages generated by the resistor 127 and the resistor 128 and with a voltage positively fed back from the output terminal via a diode 130 and a resistor 129 from the output terminal, so that the input voltage at the noninverting input terminal remains higher than that at the inverting input terminal. This prevents the occurrence of nail jam or an idling strike.
