PURPOSE: To provide the above identified collector which has a polarizing section and a dust collecting section, both being organically connectable, an electrode acting as discharge electrode for the polarizing section and acting to form a strong electrostatic field for the dust collecting section thereby to reduce the number of components and therefore the whole size of the collector.
