Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, in the conventional art, a terminal part used is expensive for purchasing a ready-made product, a conductive fiber part is fitted by hand, thereby being relatively expensive, and further, as for mass productivity, the handmade fitting causes a low yield rate, thereby being incapable to respond to a high-level quality requirement.SOLUTION: Protector parts 6 each having a tip bending part 8 and a root bending part 9 that have a bending height higher than the height of a conductive fiber part of an electric discharge/static elimination brush 7, and insertion parts for inserting a bundle of conductive fibers, are alternately provided on a base plate composed of a flat meal plate. The insertion part includes a caulking part 11 for caulking the bundle of conductive fibers. Multiple electric discharge/static elimination brushes 7 to which the bundle of conductive fibers are fixed and the multiple projectors 6 are alternately formed on the caulking part 11, and when being wound, are wound via a mediation sheet interposed on the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
