Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out a specified flare working using a low powered motor by constituting a machine to efficiently drive a slider provided with a cone utilizing a cam by rotation of the motor.
CONSTITUTION: The machine is provided with a planetary gear device by which the rotation of the motor 3 is reduced and transmitted to a first driven shaft 9 and a cone holder 15 provided with a tip end cone 16 which is rotatably and impulsively provided to the first driven shaft in an inclined state. A slider 18 moving back and forth in a main body case 13 with a bearing sleeve 17 is provided on the outer circumferential part of the cone holder 15. The machine is also provided with a reduction gear 22 by which the rotation of the first driven shaft 9 is transmitted to a second driven shaft 25, a cam which is driven by the second driven shaft 25, a pin or link by which the slider 18 is once driven reciprocating per each rotation of the cam and a clamping device 35 by which a pipe P is held in front of the main body case 13. Thus, the flare working is stably carried out and the machine is superior in durability and the workability is improved.
