In a protective cover 16, a wax box 6, a bearing 11, a motor 12, a rotation transmitting gear 13, a rotary body 14, etc., are contained. In the wax box 6, a solenoid valve 8, an electric heater 9, the bearing 11, and a motor 12 are installed. A polisher 15 is installed on the rotary body 14. A hollow handle 2 is installed on the protective cover 16.
