To provide an electric four-wheel drive controller capable of preventing the electric power generated by a dynamo to be supplied to an electric motor from being deficient and making the electric motor generate target driving torque.
A 4WD controller 17 has the dynamo 15 which is driven by an engine 5, the motor 7 which is supplied with the electric power generated by the dynamo 15 to drive rear wheels 3L and 3R, a target motor torque arithmetic section 27 which calculates target motor torque of the motor 7 according to a travel state of a vehicle, an electric power control section 28 which controls the electric power generated by the dynamo 15 so that the motor 7 can generate the target motor torque, and a dynamo rotation speed prediction section 30 which predicts variation in rotation speed of the dynamo 15 due to acceleration or deceleration of the vehicle, and the power control section 28 controls the generated electric power by calculating a field magnetic current command value IfF based upon the predicted dynamo rotation speed Vgr calculated by the dynamo rotation speed prediction section 30.
