Abstract:
To provide an electric furnace having a core pipe which has a simple structure, has good soaking properties and is excellent in temperature lowering capability and durability.
This electric furnace 20 has a cylindrical core pipe 21 and a heating wire 25 provided on this core pipe 21. The core pipe 21 has a cylinder body 27 comprising a carbon nanotube, and is further provided with a cooling device 45 having a joint 41 of the carbon nanotube.
