CONSTITUTION: The material body 20 of an electric blanket is composed of an upper material 21 and lower material 22, which are tied together by a thin, long tying part 23. When the upper and lower materials 21, 22 are woven together by tie threads to form the body 20. the sack weave method is used so that the tying part 23 is formed simultaneously. Wefts used are of 100% natural fiber, and two wefts are allowed to emerge on the surface while the next weft is sunk under warps. A structural constitution according to the transverse weave is accmplished by repeating this procedure. To equip this heater tool with a warmth like a blanket, a raising process is applied to the surfaces of the upper and lower materials 21, 22, and the parts of fluffs tumbled aside upon being raised are raised upright so as to generate a sense of high grade, and a shearing process to clip the tips short is applied so that the surface is finished beautifully.
