Abstract:
To reduce the cost of manufacturing an electric heater 40.
The electric heater 40 is provided with a lattice-shaped support 41 and a heat-generating layer 42. The lattice-shaped support has a plurality of air passages 40a in the form of a lattice, and the air flows through each of the air passages. The heat-generating layer is formed along the surface of the lattice-shaped support in the form of a film, and heats the air by generating heat by energization. Thus, since the heat-generating layer 42 does double duty of a heating element and a thermal conductor, it becomes unnecessary to attach the thermal conductor to the heating element, thus the cost of manufacturing can be reduced.
