PURPOSE: To provide an electric heater having a visual heating effect caused by natural red heat at the electric stove and safety adapted for use at a bed room.

In addition, a series connected heat generating operation is carried out during a sleeping time under an operation of a time measuring means and the operation is automatically stopped when a getting-up state occurs in the morning.
