Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electric heating mat and a method for manufacturing a branched tube joint using the mat in which an electric heating wire is not short-circuited by preventing a positional deviation, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A through hole 11 is provided substantially at the center of a synthetic resin sheet 1, and an uneven part 110 is provided on the inner periphery of the hole 11. An electric heating mat 1a with a spiral groove 12 centering around the hole 11 on one side surface of the sheet 1, and which an electric heating wire 2 engaged closely along the groove 12 is set in molds, and then molten resin in injected in a cavity. Accordingly, when a branched tube joint is molded, the wire is not short-circuited.
