Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric heating value cooling and/or electric heating value heating using active regeneration.SOLUTION: An electric heating value system 200 which uses active regeneration includes a first electric heating value capacitor 202 and a second electric heating value capacitor 204 which adjoin each other and enable movement of heat therebetween. The first electric heating value capacitor 202 and second electric heating value capacitor 204 are applied with a first electric field and a second electric field having complementary relation, so that the first electric heating value capacitor 202 rises in temperature and the second electric heating value capacitor 204 falls in temperature, and vice versa. One or both of the first electric heating value capacitor 202 and second electric heating value capacitor 204 are mutually shifted to facilitate movement of heat and, in addition, to enable movement of heat from an object to be cooled which is connected to the first electric heating value capacitor 202 to a heat sink which is connected to the second electric heating value capacitor 204.
