Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure easy wipe-up of slops if an ice-cream material spills out of a cooling bottle.
SOLUTION: In this ice-cream maker, a fitting cam 8 protruded to the upper side of a mainbody 1 and driven by an electric motor 4 is fitted and coupled to a fitted portion 25 formed on the bottom of a cooling bottle 20, the rotation of the electric motor 4 is transmitted via the fitting cam 8 and the fitted portion 25 to the cooling bottle 20 to be rotated and an ice-cream material in the cooling bottle 20 is stirred by a stirring member 30 stationed in the mainbody 1. The upper face of the upper exterior 2 of the mainbody 1 is exposed when the cooling bottle 20 is removed. Easy wipe-up of slops is thus ensured if the ice-cream material spills out of the cooling bottle 20 or dew drops off the cooling bottle 20.
