Abstract:

PURPOSE: To drive an ice slicer and a cream maker with single electrical motor, by the use of a reduction unit capable of giving various rotational speeds.

CONSTITUTION: A motor 4 is mounted to an L-shaped stand 1, and the torque of the rotational shaft 5 is transmitted to the gear 10 of an ice container 7 and to the stirring shaft 33 of a creamer through a driving gear 18, a large gear 17 and a small gear 16. In case of ice slicing, the ice container 24, etc. are removed, ice is put into a container 7, a receiver is placed on a table 2, and the motor 4 is put in motion to revolve the ice container 7 at about 140rpm and slice the ice with a stationary blade 12. When the device is used as a creamer, a cream container 27, the stirring shaft 33, etc. are set to the device, and the raw material are put into the container 27 and stirred under ice cooling with the motor 4 at about 70rpm to obtain cream.
