PURPOSE: To provide an electric interconnecting device for two circuit devices, whereby an electric interconnection between circuit wirings formed respectively on two insulating boards constituting the two circuit devices can be made without difficulty.

CONSTITUTION: Openings 15 and 17 are formed respectively in the coaxial positions of a first insulating board 11 constituting a peripheral case and a second insulating board 12 constituting an internal case. Wall bodies 16a, 16b are formed to correspond with the opening 15, and tongue pieces 19 extended respectively from two separate circuit wirings 13 on the insulating board 11 are arranged respectively on internal faces of these wall bodies 16a, 16b. Also a storage case 18 is formed to correspond with the opening 17 while tongue pieces 20 placed in a straight line respectively to the tongue pieces 19 are formed respectively on wall-body faces of this storage case 18, and these tongue pieces 20 are connected respectively to two separate circuit wirings 14 on the insulating board 12. When a connecting member 21 is inserted into the openings 15 and 17, then the tongue pieces 19 and 20 are connected to the connecting member 21 by elastic contact pieces 22 provided respectively to side faces of the connecting member 21.
