To provide a structure by which measures against a surge can be properly taken, while suppressing the number of components and attaining size reduction.
The electric junction box 100 includes a circuit board 104 and a power source line 111 having a bus bar 102 electrically connected to an alternator 200. A plurality of branch lines 112 are connected to the power source line 111 wherein each branch line 112 is provided with a fuse apparatus 10. The fuse apparatus 10 includes a semiconductor switch which can switch the supply and non-supply of power to electric components, a state detection means for detecting the specified abnormal current state of the branch line 112, and a control means for making the semiconductor switch carry out a shutdown operation when the state detection means detects the specified abnormal current state. In such a configuration, a surge absorbing element for absorbing the surge generated at the power supply line 111 is connected to the power source line 111.
