A control device 20 is provided with a power distribution/integrated power distribution time detecting system 29 for detecting a power distribution time and an integrated power distribution time to a hot wire 23. The power distribution/integrated power distribution time detecting system 29 is composed of a storing part (non-volatile memory) 31 for storing the data such as the power distribution time to a heater, and an integrated power distribution time counter 34 for calculating the integrated power distribution time to the hot wire 23. The integrated power distribution time counter 34 reads out the integrated power distribution time from the storing part 31, adds the power distribution time newly measured, to the read-out integrated power distribution time, and outputs a signal indicating the added integrated power distribution time to a display unit 12.
