To provide a mechanism which can stabilize a user's sitting posture by performing a simpler operation definitely and safely in an electric legless chair capable of performing reclining and tilt operation.
The electric legless chair mechanism is provided with: a rack 10 and a back frame guide 1 prepared to this in a freely rockable manner; a seat surface rising and falling movable body 2 attached on it movably by a movable component 7 for rising and falling; a seat 5 prepared to this; a rocking drive unit 4 for a back frame guide 1; and a rising and falling drive unit 3 for sliding the eat surface rising and falling movable body 2. The seat 5 is provided with a rocking linkage switching tool 15 attached to this at a fixed angle. The rocking linkage switching tool 15 is provided pivotally under the movable component 7 for rise and fall and is movable on the back frame guide 1, and the rack 10 is provided with a fixing guide 14 where the rocking linkage switching tool 15 is movable.
