To provide an electric light decoration device by moving light capable of making movement and a flow perceivable light as a continuous flow, and simply and optionally forming a shape to form the flow of the light, with a simple structure.

In this electric light decoration device by moving light, a bundle 1 of light introducing tubes is formed by bundling plural light introducing tubes F1-F9 of optical fiber to leak light through their peripheral surfaces. They are spirally twisted without changing the arrangement order of each light introducing tube F1-F9. The light is introduced in order from the end surface of the bundle 1 of the light introducing tubes to the light introducing tubes in the order from 1 to 9, or in the reverse direction. Since the light introducing tubes adjacently disposed each other generate light in order from their periphery, it is perceived as if the light traveled on the bundle 1 of the light introducing tubes. The moving speed and moving direction of the light travelling on the bundle 1 of the light introducing tubes can be changed by changing the switching speed and direction of the light introduced to each light introducing tube F1 to F9.
