Abstract:
To smoothly assemble an electric linear motion actuator.SOLUTION: An electric linear motion actuator 14 comprises a linear motion conversion mechanism 24 which has: a sun roller 25 rotatable around a shaft, and immovable to an axial direction; a plurality of planetary rollers 26 rollingly contacting with an external periphery of the sun roller 25; a carrier 27 for holding the plurality of planetary rollers 26 so as to be rotatable and revolvable; a thrust bearing 28 interposed between the planetary rollers 26 and the carrier 27; an outer ring 29 arranged so as to surround the plurality of planetary rollers 26; and peripheral engagement parts 30, 31 which are formed at external peripheral faces of the planetary rollers 26 and an internal peripheral face of the outer ring 29, and different from each other in lead angles. The electric linear motion actuator 14 also has a position regulation member 36 for holding positions of the planetary rollers 26 and the thrust bearing 28 in a radial direction in a coaxial state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
