To provide an electric lock and an automatic door which can easily switch between a door locking mode and a door unlocking mode.
In the electric lock 2, a driving member 12 installed so as to be progressively and regressively movable is provided with a tip end side connection part 12a for swinging a locking member 8 to a locking position according to the progressive movement of the driving member 12 and connecting an intermediate link 10 so as to swing the locking member 8 to an unlocking position according to the regressive movement of the driving member 12, and a base end side connection part 12b swinging the locking member 8 to the unlocking position according to the progressive movement of the driving member 12 and connecting the intermediate link 10 so as to swing the locking member 8 to the unlocking position according to the regressive movement of the driving member 12. The intermediate link 10 is structured so as to be capable of being connected selectively to the tip end side connection part 12a and the base end side connection part 12b.
