The apartment management system includes an electric lock 4 performing locking and unlocking of an entrance door in each dwelling house and in each shared facility within an apartment, and an individual information reader 1 which unlocks the electric lock by reading and authenticating individual information presented by a resident and a visitor. The system further includes a management server S which is connected to the individual information reader 1 to perform reservation management of each shared facility by receiving access from the outside. The management server S receives reservation of a shared facility corresponding to individual information by receiving the individual information, and the individual information reader 1 provided on each shared facility unlocks the electric lock 4 when the individual information reserved by the management server S is read.
