A vertically extending support 2 is provided at each of front and rear ends of a fixed frame 1 contacting a floor surface F. An up-and-down elevatable member 4 is supported on each of the supports 2 and 2 by a driving mechanism and a supporting frame 8 is mounted between the front and rear elevatable members 4 and 4 for supporting floor part 7. At the lowest positions of the elevatable members 4 and 4, frame parts 29 and 30 are disposed so that all or part of right and left frame parts 29 and 30 constituting the supporting frame 8 may be superposed on the fixed frame 1 in a horizontal direction.
