An electric mobility 1 includes: driving wheels 3 and a follower wheel 4 that are arranged at an interval in a travel direction and one of which is at least an electric drive wheel; a vehicle body frame 2 for rotatably supporting the follower wheel 4 and the drive wheels 3 around each axle; a seat 5 fixed to the vehicle body frame 2 and arranged above a position close to the drive wheels 3 between the follower wheel 4 and the drive wheels 3; and an arch shape handlebar 7 attached to the vehicle body frame 2 and arranged to enclose an operator A seated on the seat 5 from both of right and left sides to a front side. The handlebar includes: an operation unit 7c including the top; a right handlebar part 7b; and a left handlebar part 7a shorter than the right one. The left handlebar part 7a is attachable/detachable to/from the operation unit 7c and also swingable around an axial line extending in a vehicle width direction with respect to the vehicle body frame 2.
