To provide a miniaturized electric motor coil that can be easily manufactured, a manufacturing method of the electric motor coil, and an electric motor.SOLUTION: An electric motor coil includes a coil made of a conductor wound around an axis, and a plurality of cooling units provided corresponding to different winding layers in the conductor, and each of the cooling units includes a first portion protruding radially outward from each winding layer, and a second portion extending from the tip of the first portion toward one side in the axial direction, and the first portion located on the other side in the axial direction has a longer projecting length, and the second portion is located radially outward in relation to the first portion located on the other side in the axial direction, and the plurality of second portions are radially spaced apart and overlapped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
