Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce iron loss and eddy current loss and to increase the efficiency of an electric motor by suppressing the magnetic anisotropy of a magnetic pole.
CONSTITUTION: In this electric motor with magentic poles 18a and 18b protruding from a rotary shaft 13 in radial direction at a stator 11 and a rotor 12, a multiple machining mark 17 extended in a direction nearly crossing the radial line is formed on the surface of the magnetic poles 18a and 18b.
