Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor valve that in providing a back pressure chamber especially in a large-sized motor valve, reduces components to facilitate assembly, and can contribute to downsizing.SOLUTION: A motor valve converts rotation of a rotor 4 to linear motion by a screw connection A between a male screw part 41 the outer peripheral surface of which a male screw 41a is formed and a female screw part 6a the inner peripheral surface of which a female screw 6d is formed, and on the basis of the linear motion, linearly moves a valve body 17 in an axial direction. In the motor valve, the female screw part 6a in which the female screw 6d is formed, and a valve body guide member 6b configured to guide movement of the valve body 17 in the axial direction are integrated into one member, and the valve body 17 is guided in the axial direction in a state where its outer peripheral surface slidably contact with the inner peripheral surface of the valve body guide member 6b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
