PURPOSE: To reduce an eddy current and to thin an apparatus by constituting a stator corresponding to a rotor, in which magnets with magnetic poles alternately differing in the circumferential direction are arranged in a plane, from a plurality of magnetic needle-shaped bodies each having one end directed said rotor.
CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft 11 is rotatably borne by two housings 12, 12 and a disc rotor 1 is fastened to said rotating shaft 11. Magnets with polarities alternately differing in the circumferential direction are arranged in said rotor 1. Said housing 12 is die-cast by aluminum, etc., and an annular recess 12a for stator is formed in the part of said housing, two which the planar part 1a of said rotor 1 corresponds. A plurality of needle-shaped bodies 14 intersecting perpendicularly to said rotor 1 form said stator 13, in which a plurality (six in the drawing) of triangular core parts 13a are embossed at equal spaces circumferentially and coils 3 are wound round said core parts. Filaments of outside diameter 0.1-0.6mm with insulated surfaces and containing 1-6.5% silicon are bundled to form said needle-shaped bodies 14. Thus, it is possible to manufacture a thin-wall motor with little eddy current easily.
