Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain electric motors with high performance and good efficiency of assemble/dissemble operation by a construction wherein a fan guide and an exhauster for exhausting cooling air in the centrifugal direction are formed integrally, and connection parts for coupling the exhauster with the fan guide are fitted in a housing. CONSTITUTION:A bracket 20 is fabricated to provide a centrifugal direction exhauster 11 and a fan guide 21 formed integrally. Connection parts 22 for coupling the exhauster 11 with the fan guide 21 are fitted in a housing 1. When cooling fans 4 held by a rotor 3 are rotated, cooling air 12 is introduced through air windows 7 in the housing 1 and then exhausted along the centrifugal direction exhauster 11 of the bracket 20 in the direction of arrows 15 after passing through the rotor 3. At this time, a gap deltaA between the fan guide 21 and the cooling fan 4 is surely held in a constant amount at all times because the connection parts 22 are fitted in the housing 1, so that the electric motor can be cooled stably.
