To provide an electric oil pump which prevents a resin mold part of a stator of a motor from being creep-deformed and can stabilize ejection pressure of the pump.

A pump housing 12 of an internal gear pump 3 and the stator 4 of the brushless motor 2 are fastened to each other with bolts 14 via a front side insulator 13 made by integrally resin-molding a coil 18 wound on a stator core 8 of the brushless motor 2 and a bus bar 17 connected with the coil 18. Parallel pins 15 which retain a fastening force of the bolts 14 are inserted in through-holes arranged at a regular interval in the circumferential direction of the rotation center on a front side insulator 13 next to insertion holes for the bolts 14. Respective end parts of each parallel pin 15 are in contact with a bottom surface of the pump housing 12 and a pump-side surface of a stator core 8, and the pump housing 12 and the front side insulator 13 are fixed to each other with a slight gap being formed between the pump housing 12 and the front side insulator 13.
