The gap between the rear surface wall 32a of a frame 32 and a terminal holder 36 of a bobbin 22 adjacent in front of it is packed with a silicon resin filler material 50. The rear surface wall 32a of the frame 32 is bonded to the terminal holder 36 of the bobbin 22 by the silicon resin filler material 50. The shock resistance of the rear surface wall 32a of the frame 32 is significantly enhanced compared to when no silicon resin filler material 50 is packed in the gap.
