Abstract:
To provide an electric outlet capable of effectively preventing the intrusion of dust and dirt from a plug-in hole with a simple structure.
On the upper part of this electric outlet 11, stepped regions 25 and 26 markedly lowered in such a form as to avoid first and second plug-in holes 16 and 17 are disposed. When the plug-in holes 16 and 17 are used, first and second covers 21 and 22 are previously housed in the stepped regions 25 and 26. When both or either of the plug-in holes 16 and 17 is not used, the covers 21 and/or 22 corresponding to the unused plug-in hole(s) are/is so moved along sliding slots 23 and 24 as to cover the corresponding one(s) out of the plug-in holes 16 and 17.
