Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply connect an electric part and to easily manufacture an electric part connected and assembled body, by a method wherein a mold part, which constitutes an electric part connected and assembled body, as provided on a supporting substrate, and a protruded fitting part for adjusting portion and hole positioning part are provided on the lower metal mold.
SOLUTION: On the supporting base stand 42 where a terminal supporting part 44 is provided in an interconnected manner to one end of a rod-like conductor arrangement part 43, a conductive plate assembled body 40, which is formed by inserting to couple a plurality of conductive plates 45 to be arranged on the side face of the conductor arrangement part 43 is provided. Besides, a mold part, which constitutes an electric part connection/assembling unit, is provided on the conductive plate 45. A protruded fitting part 99, which adjusts the position along the longitudinal direction of the supporting base stand 42 by mating to the terminal supporting part 44, and a long hole positioning part 92, which allows the movement of a pin 90 to the direction along the longitudinal direction of the conductor arrangement part 43, are provided.
