PURPOSE: To allow an operator to be relieved of input operation to reset means and input to reset means to be made securely when replacing a packed substrate by a new one by engaging into a positioning hole of a substrate when fixing a packed substrate and by interlocking input to reset means to the operation of a positioning pin to be pulled out when carrying out the substrate.

CONSTITUTION: A packaged substrate 5 placed on a substrate-placing part 2 is fixed to a positioning hole formed at a specified position of a substrate 5 by a positioning pin 6 which is provided at a specified position of the substrate-placing part 2. The positioning pin 6 can move up and down. It moves up to allow itself to be engaged into the positioning hole of the packaging substrate 5, while it moves down to allow itself to be disengaged from the hole. Namely, the packaging substrate 5 is fixed using the positioning pin 6 and then the amount of slight positional deviation is detected by a camera and the data is stored. Thus, by performing a proper correction being based on data, electronic parts can be mounted accurately.
