Abstract:
To provide an electric path cutting device that cuts off an electric path without fail when a storage battery or an electric path is immersed in water.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a pair of fixed terminals 2 having a joint part 6 for connecting/cutting off an electric path in both terminal parts of a cut-off electric path; and a movable conductor 3 hung between the fixed terminals 2 for electrically connecting the fixed terminals 2 to each other. A float 5 flowing on water is connected to a movable conductor 3 directly or with a connector in between, and the movable conductor 3 is separated from the fixed terminal 2 due to rising of the float 5 so that the electric path is cut off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
