PURPOSE: To decrease power consumption in an electric-pneumatic converter and also suppress compressed air consumption.
CONSTITUTION: A coil 68a is excited by an ON-signal of pulse signals inputted to a balance part 30a, and magnet flux generated in the coil 68a affects a permanent magnet 66a. As a result, an oscillating member 28a is oscillatingly displaced to one side and the other side of a fulcrum being a center. Because of the oscillating displacement of the oscillating member 28a, a nozzle 24a is opened and a valve body 52a for constituting a pilot valve part 26a is displaced to bring about an ON-state. On the other hand, the coil 68 is brought into a non-excited state by an OFF-signal of the pulse signals and the oscillating member 28a returns to its original position to close the nozzle 24a. Consequently, the valve body 52a returns to its original position.
