Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the gain reduction amount in the low power output mode, while suppressing deterioration of characteristics, in a power amplification module operating in high power output mode or low power output mode.SOLUTION: A power amplification module includes a first amplifier circuit for amplifying a first signal and outputting as a second signal, a second amplifier circuit for amplifying a second signal and outputting as a third signal, and a feedback circuit for re-inputting/feeding-back the second signal outputted from the first amplifier circuit, as a first signal, to the first amplifier circuit. In the low power output mode, operation of the first amplifier circuit is stopped and the first signal is outputted, as the second signal, through the feedback circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
