To provide an electric power conversion apparatus which enables a current sensor to be downsized.

The electric power conversion apparatus includes: a semiconductor module 7 incorporating a semiconductor element; a bus bar 2; a sealing member 3; and a current sensor 4. The bus bar 2 includes a module connection terminal 20 connected with the semiconductor module 7 and an external output terminal 21 for connecting with an external device. The sealing member seals a portion in the bus bar 2 which is located between the module connection terminal 20 and the external output terminal 21. The current sensor 4 measures a current flowing through the external output terminal 21. A through hole 40 is formed in the current sensor 4. The external output terminal 21 is inserted into the through hole 40. A holding part 5 holding the current sensor 4 is formed in the sealing member 3.
