Abstract:
To provide an electric power conversion device having a housing that is not easily broken when a load is applied thereto.SOLUTION: A function part of an electric power conversion device disclosed by the specification is housed in a housing fixed to an interior of a front compartment of a vehicle. A fixing part which fixes the housing to the front compartment is integrally formed with the housing on a side surface of the housing. A ground part which conducts electricity charged at the housing to the front compartment is integrally formed with the fixing part. In the electric power conversion device disclosed by the specification, a fragile part which is broken when a load is applied to the housing is provided between the fixing part and the ground part. Thus, in the electric power conversion device described above, when a load is applied to the housing, the fragile part is broken first. Therefore, other portions of the housing are not easily damaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
