Title:
Electric power, a leak current measuring device, and its measuring method
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6222722
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect power at facilities connected to AC distribution lines employing various distribution methods for generating or consuming power, and leakage current flowing through earth insulation resistance, while in operation.SOLUTION: A power and leakage current measurement apparatus includes a processing arithmetic unit 16. The processing arithmetic unit 16 computes and outputs facility power from interline voltage of AC distribution lines 4, which is fed to a signal processor unit 3, and facility current flowing through one of the distribution lines 4, which is fed to the signal processor unit 3 via a current transformer 11, measures a phase difference between a zero-phase current Ifed to the signal processor unit 3 via a zero-phase current transformer 9 and a reference voltage Ewhere the interline voltage fed to the signal processor unit 3 for computation of the facility power is defined as a reference voltage E, computes a valid component in phase with the reference voltage Eand an invalid component orthogonal to the phase of the reference voltage E, and computes values of leakage currents Igru, Igrv, Igrw flowing through an earth leakage resistance 7 using a different discriminant for each of power distribution methods that differ in connections and grounding of power supply transformer windings 1.
